See, I am a pilot working for quantas...and I KNOW, because I have to, what the difference is between con- and chemtrails...see the picture above, look closely where the trails are "produced"...directly behind the engines...and only there!! If the humity in the air would be affine to create moistre (likely temperature, pressure, aso), than it would be seen at the end of the wings too!! btw, formaly, the pilot had the right to take sight of the fuel and could, if he wanted to, stay beside the tankerman while fueling the plane...nowadays its forbidden...guess why!
