ETHOS. A Time For Change (Documentary)

ETHOS, a powerful new documentary hosted by, twice Oscar nominated actor and activist Woody Harrelson, is an investigation into the flaws in our systems, and the mechanisms that work against democracy, our environment and the the common good.


Ethos lifts the lid on a Pandora's Box of systemic issues that guarantee failure in every aspect of our lives, from the environment to our democracy and our own personal liberty. With a stunning depth of research and breadth of analysis, this film delves deep into the inter-connected worlds of Politics, Multinational Corporations and the Media.

Politicians openly deceive the public with the support of major corporations and the mainstream media. Wars are waged, the environment is destroyed and inequality is on the rise. But what is the source of these institutional mechanisms which – when we scratch the surface – are so clearly anti-democratic, so contradictory to the values we hold in common and yet so firmly embedded that they seem beyond discussion?


Most of us have wondered at some point how we have arrived at a situation where democracy is touted as having created an equal society when all we see is injustice and corruption.

We cannot change our system until we know how it works and this film, with interviews from some of today's leading thinkers, will show you a simple but powerful way to start making meaningful and sustainable change.   1. We all have to make an active change in our lives. Realize we are brainwashed to consume shit we do not need.

    If we all call one of these companies once a week and grill them about their ethics, their suppliers, the product ingredients etc. we can make a real strike into how corporations are run. If we are not using a product, call or e-mail the company and tell them. This does not take much time, so really, there is no excuse.

    If you decide you are not going to use a product, don't under any circumstances.

The Power is slowly killing us all, statistics state my parents will outlive me, and this is because the power has influenced how I grew up... the power has pulled it's weight around for too many decades! I'm doing the best to fight the power by assisting in educating my friends ♥ Most media is full of lies, but this is one that provides us with truths to help us educate ourselves enough to pull together and bring democracy back to our lives instead of the dictatorship that keeps brainwashing us into believing that our life is miserable. The Power has been bulling society for years and we the people are tired of the futility of it. Go ahead! Try and scare me! I know what you're up to, I've worked for the corporations, learned the policies and watched the favoritism towards saving a dollar with no concern for us as people. I support non-profit businesses because their practices will save our society in this time of change.

    It's an hour and 10 minutes of your life, spend it watching this instead of the news for just one night.

  3. I don't think many people will watch this, I hope I am wrong. People watch movies to get their dose of fantasy, not to feel depressed about reality. We need this though. Thank you very much for making this.
